Our real estate office is an integral part of our very intelligent business (Thane Financial Services).

We operate as a boutique real estate operation that focus solely on our valued clients within Thane Group. We don’t advertise in the market to allow us to focus on the Thane Group’s clients that we are most familiar with and have a connection to. However we do operate at a low cost as our cost of doing business is well-supported by the overall group, we pass this economy of scales onto our valued clients.

Our Services

Portfolio

In having a smaller portfolio than some other agencies, we pride ourselves on our service and level of communication that we are able deliver between landlords, tenants and ourselves to achieve the best results and outcomes.

Updates

We keep our landlords updated on a regular basis on all matters concerning their rental property – including tenant request, maintenance items, lease renewals and general feedback on the property.

Reporting

We carry out our routine inspections every 3-4 months and supply our landlords with reports and photos providing regular feedback on the property.

Tenancy

We have a zero-tolerance on late rent and are pro-active in our approaches for dealing with any potential issues that may arise in the tenancy through our in-depth knowledge of property management processes and procedures (in accordance with the residential tenancies act).

Notification

Regarding the management of any maintenance issues – we will always notify you about any maintenance issues brought to our attention by the tenant and through inspection and ensure we get clear direction on how you wish to proceed.

We have several great service providers we use for maintenance depending on what the matter is however we welcome any contacts you would like to use for the maintenance of your property.
